“The Ocean” is part of my Circles Series, where circles represent the layers of our inner world — the visible and the hidden. In this painting, the circles float quietly at the bottom, much like secrets resting deep beneath the surface of the sea. They symbolize the thoughts and emotions that remain unspoken, concealed within the depths of the self. The ocean here is not just water, but a metaphor for the mind — vast, mysterious, and full of life unseen. Some truths rise and shimmer on the surface, while others choose silence, refusing to appear before others. Through this piece, I explore the delicate balance between revelation and concealment, between what we share and what we keep quietly in the depths of our being.
